About Shelton Herb Farm

We grow fresh-cut herbs, micro greens and edible flowers for local restaurants and caterers. We offer classes and farm tours. We are open year-round with plants for every season.

Our Story

Margaret Goodman-Shelton started Shelton Herb Farm in 1986 on her family’s Century Farm. With a passion for growing and a desire to be closer to her family, the farm grew from a few herb varieties to over 800 varieties of culinary and medicinal herbs, vegetables, fruit trees, and native plants. Margaret enjoys sharing her vast knowledge and experiences with others.
