At Rise Up Community Farm, we cultivate land and community as we grow healthy food together. We nourish our neighbors experiencing food insecurity in our community by providing fresh and seasonal produce to local food pantries. We invest in our local youth by providing them with hands-on job experience in agriculture and valuable leadership skills. Rise Up Community Farm is a sustainable farm that provides space for youth, seniors, families, and individuals all from diverse backgrounds to learn, grow, and gather.
