First Fruits Farm is a local farm in Broad Run, Virginia.

Our Story

First Fruits Farm was founded in 1998 by the Bernstein family in northern Baltimore County. They started by planting and harvesting fields with volunteers to donate fresh produce to needy families. In 2004, First Fruits Farm, Inc. became an official nonprofit. In 2019, the farm moved to a 203-acre property in Freeland, expanding to 281 acres in 2023 to further its mission.
