We have a herd of Saanen goats. They have been tested negative for the following diseases: CL, Johne’s, and CAE. Our Goat Milk is $10 for a half gallon. We have a $5 deposit for our glass mason jars, but you can also BYOC - Bring your own clean container! We have three convenient pickup locations in northeast Arkansas: At the farm (1293 Greene 333 Road, Jonesboro), at Delta Diagnostics Laboratory (2208 Duncan Road, Jonesboro), or at Oak Grove Feed Store (4952 AR-135, Paragould). How long will the milk stay fresh? Raw milk will last longest when kept cold. Plan ahead to keep it cold on the trip home, and keep it in the coldest part of your fridge, and it should last at least two weeks, if not longer! No, this is fresh, raw milk. You can absolutely safely consume raw milk, but if you prefer pasteurized, there are a few easy ways to pasteurize milk at home. While many enjoy raw milk for its rich flavor and potential health benefits, it’s important to understand that it does carry a risk of bacterial contamination. Our farm follows strict cleanliness, hygiene and animal care standards to reduce this risk, but we recommend that individuals with compromised immune systems, pregnant women, and young children do their research and consult a healthcare provider before consuming raw milk.
