CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. We offer an 8 week produce and floral subscription service. The customer prepays for their 8 week subscription, and picks up their sack of goods (CSA) at a designated time, and location. CSAs are great for people who enjoy cooking, juicing, canning, and trying new foods. The CSA is a grab bag of the best locally grown food we harvest from our farm. We harvest your nutritious food and beautiful flowers within 24 hrs of you receiving it. We also grow heirloom varieties of produce and flowers that are unique, flavorful, and nutrient dense. We understand spring and summer mean vacation time. As long as we receive an email or text about your trip, prior to pick up, we're happy to extend your CSA a week. We do not customize CSA sacks for participants, but we understand you may have a food allergy, and in those cases we will swap an item out at your discretion. Please note, if you're a no call, no show for your CSA sack, we will donate it to someone in need. WE HAVE 2 SEASONAL CSA OPTIONS: SPRING & SUMMER SPRING CSA RUNS: APRIL 11 - MAY 30, 2026 SUMMER CSA RUNS : JUNE 6 - 26, AUGUST 1, 2026 *We will skip CSA pick up for July 4th due to the holiday. Here's a few reasons to join a CSA, shop with your local specialty crop farmers, and visit regional farmers markets. Local food is more nutritious and flavorful. Purchasing local food is better for the environment. Shopping with local farmers supports your regional economy. If you know your farmer, you can learn how your food is grown. Preserves open space, and reduces pollution Unique produce and floral varieties are grown locally that cannot be found in big name grocers. The Forrester Family farming legacy began in the early 1900s with Leona Wells Forrester, Keith's great-grandmother, who settled in Whitton, Arkansas as a sharecropper. The farm expanded through generations, with Keith and Jill Forrester continuing the tradition. In 2003, a simple flower garden sparked a new career path, leading them to farm specialty crops full-time and eventually open the award-winning Trolley Stop Market restaurant in Memphis. Now, celebrating over 20 years, they grow a wide variety of produce and flowers, learning from daily challenges and respecting Mother Nature while striving to leave the land better than they found it.
