We believe in growing our produce and livestock using organic practices although we are not certified organic. Chemicals, hormones and genetically modified (GMO's) crops are not grown or used on our farm. Fresh Brown Eggs - we sell fresh brown eggs year round from our pastured chickens. Our chickens are supplemented with organic, soy-free feed. The eggs are kept in an ice chest at the end of our driveway for your convenience. Local, Raw Honey - raw, unfiltered honey from Welsh Mountain Apiaries, a local family owned business with hives in Eastern Pennsylvania. They keep their hives on organic farms, forests and open meadows. Varieties include: Spring Wildflower, Locust, Clover, Basswood 8 oz, 1 lb, 2 lb, 4 lb jars, cut comb, and chunk honey Super Tonic - Our family uses natural medicines whenever possible. One of our favorites is Super Tonic. Super Tonic is an herbal formula using chemical-free fresh herbs including: garlic, onions, horseradish, and habanera pepper from our own farm with the exception of fresh organic ginger and Bragg's Organic Vinegar. It is very helpful in supporting a healthy immune system and can be used when you feel the first sign of a cold or the flu. Grass Fed Beef - our beef is raised on grass that is chemical-free.
