Swover Creek Farms and Kitchen

A Virginia Century Farm in the Shenandoah Valley, started in 1998 by Lynn and Dave St. Clair. What began as a cattle operation evolved into something much more — in 2011 we started making sausages, planted hops in 2013, and opened our nano-brewery in November 2014. Today we're a farm brewery, pick-your-own berry farm, retail store, and commercial kitchen. Our wood-fired pizzas are baked in custom-built outdoor ovens heated solely with wood, and we hand-toss every 12-inch pie with our own homemade dough. All the beef and pork on our pizzas comes from Country Rhodes Farm, raised locally. We craft about a dozen varieties of smoked sausages — andouille, kielbasa, Spanish chorizo, bratwurst, apple maple, bologna, salami, Italian, and our signature Swover Fire — all sold frozen and fully smoked. We make our own pepperoni, Canadian bacon, and corned beef too. Our berry farm has blackberries, black raspberries, blueberries, and gooseberries for pick-your-own. Home brewers can even pick their own hops — Chinook, Columbus, Nugget, and Cascade varieties. Six to eight rotating craft beers on tap, some brewed with our own farm berries. Kids and dogs welcome — we've got a fenced dog park, 18-hole disc golf course, and the best porch-sitting in Shenandoah County.
