Saltzgiver Family Farm

Naturally grown fruits and vegetables. Ontario, Ohio Saltzgiver Family Farmis a small-scale diversified vegetable farm in Ontario, Ohio.   We grow a wide variety of fruits and vegetables that are free from herbicides, pesticides, fungicides,  and chemical fertilizers.  We strive to grow fresh, local food that is good for us, good for the soil, and good for the community. We began vegetable gardening in 2004 and have slowly transitioned to small-scale commercial production.  Along the way our three children have eaten foods straight from the garden that would have otherwise been ignored, witnessed how fresh food is grown and harvested, and have become helpers in our market garden.
