Our Story

Susan Burek comes from a family of farmers and has always been drawn to gardening. She discovered herbalism and studied it for 10 years, initially intending to start an herb farm. However, she found her calling in developing herbal remedies and holistic poultry keeping for her own flock, sharing her knowledge through writing and teaching. She is also involved in her local community, serving on the township board and Farmland Preservation board.
