There have also been studies that suggest drinking raw milk as a child may help reduce health problems such as allergies, asthma, gastro-intestinal problems, ADD, and others.* With all those benefits, it’s easy to see why we think you should be drinking raw milk. However, not all dairies are created equal. You have to know that your source of raw milk is a good one. At Le-Ara Farms, we are a licensed raw milk producer.
