Hey there! HDF is a woman-run, first-generation family farm located in the heart of Medina's Amish Country. It was originally established as an urban farm selling heirloom produce at Cleveland farmers' markets in 2012. Relaunching our farm after COVID, in Spencer, OH. Our Products Dried Flowers: We have been growing flowers specifically for drying for five seasons. Each type of flower is carefully selected for how well it dries and harvested at the peak time to preserve its beauty. We have limited wholesale quantities available. Additionally, we make and sell items made from our dried and pressed flowers into botanical art and offer preservation services to brides. Fresh Cut Flowers: Seasonally available at our farm stand. Closed until 2026. Seasonal Wildflower U-Pick: Select dates and times are set for seasonal U-Pick of our wildflower patches. Enjoy picking your flowers to take home and press or create hammer art. Workshops: Step away from the fast pace of life and join us for monthly hands-on creative gatherings. From floral pressing and flower preservation techniques to keepsake-making, our workshops are designed to connect people through art, the farm, and shared experiences. Pork: Ethically raised pork from pigs roaming forest pens and foraging naturally. Available by the cut or whole/half shares. We also offer healthy, well-started feeder pigs for fellow growers. Miniature Horse & Donkey Boarding Services: At Honest Desires Farm, our heart is with the tiny equines. The
