Highland Creamery

Highland Creamery is a family micro-dairy serving local communities since 2013. They milk registered Guernseys cows, all certified A2/A2. Their practices include rotational grazing at the onset of the warmer seasons and housing the cows in the barn with hay and alfalfa during the worst of the cold/wet season. The cows graze a variety of grasses and plants. Their cows' diets do not contain any corn or soy. They offer herdshares with milk available for pick up seven days a week at their Oregon City drop site, just a few minutes off of I-205. Milk can also be purchased anytime at their farm store in Beavercreek once set up as a customer. See other places where you can find products from this farm.
