Our farm has a variety of animals and products, but our focus is always on the health and happiness of everything that God has entrusted us to care for. We have a few breeds of sheep that we love — Shetland, Finn, and Gulf Coast Native — along with Angora goats for mohair. We enjoy using their fiber in a variety of ways: hand spinning yarn, weaving, wet felting, and needle felting. We also have a large pecan orchard with about 100 mature trees, a high tunnel along with outdoor garden patches, grapevines, and fruit trees. We raise honeybees and plant wildflowers all around the property for their forage. We use organic methods and consider long-term impacts on the land — no pesticides. We really enjoy sharing what we've learned through workshops and craft classes here at our 35-acre farm in Modoc, SC.
