Is Certified Organic and much more! We grow more than 40 varieties of vegetables. We extend our growing season usinggeothermal energy and a wood-fired heat siphonto warm our green houses. We keep bees. We regenerate the land with native plantings and cover crops. We’ll soon be home to farm mammals and birds. Oh, and we also grow hops for River St. Joe, an on-site farmhouse brewery!
