For over 45 years, the DeHaan family has farmed in the Willamette Valley. The 71X Farmstore was named after 71X, also known as Scarlett, the first beef cow brought into their farming family by their daughter, Hayley, as a 4-H project in 2010. Hayley's passion for beef cattle and the Angus breed led to the establishment of Eola Crest Cattle, and they have been operating ever since.
