Ellie's Veggie Stand is a small family farm that was established in 2019 when our three year old daughter, Ellie's love of gardening lead to a bountiful harvest of fresh vegetables. All of our produce is organically grown in our 1/4 acre garden. When our garden started producing far more than our family and friends could eat, we started offering our excess produce to the public. Our vegetable stand does not have set prices, we simply ask that you take what you need and leave what you can. All donations received go directly to our children's savings accounts (and a few dollars here and there to Ellie's garage sale money). This year we will start the season growing zucchini, yellow summer squash, cucumbers (slicing and pickling), purple and green beans, a variety of peppers, and a large variety of tomatoes. Later in the season we will have butternut, buttercup, traditional hubbard, blue ballot hubbard, spaghetti squash, and yokohama winter squash. We will also have sweet corn later in the year. Also new this year, we will be starting a small pumpkin patch! As most of the locals know, we grow giant competition pumpkins and have them on display by the road at the end of the season. This year we have decided to grow a variety of small and large carving pumpkins to sell alongside our vegetable stand. Pumpkins will be ready around the 1st of October and you are more than welcome to stop out and take pictures with our 1000+ pound Atlantic Giant pumpkins. This season we will
