Our Conservation Easement is in perpetuity (which is a long time). We farm using Regenerative Agriculture Practices -- soil testing, soil fungi/bacteria testing -- ground is covered at all times, we plant two crops per year, and the ground is never plowed. We provide lamb and sheep products and services: plus, very good square bales of hay, straw and aged sheep compost for both commercial gardens and home gardens.
