Our ranch has been in the family for four generations, and we take pride in being stewards of the land. Grass-Fed, Grain-Finished for FlavorOur cattle spend most of their entire lives on pasture, grazing grass and forages. When it’s time to finish them, we use a grain-based ration and grass to build marbling and flavor. The result is tender, flavorful beef with the rich taste most families prefer. Our beef is known for exceptional flavor, tenderness, and quality. Free from added hormones and antibiotics, each cut is hand-trimmed, aged for maximum flavor, and delivered to your freezer ready to enjoy. Why a Waitlist Instead of Online Orders?We’re not a big packing plant or a shipping company. We’re a working ranch. That’s why we raise a limited number of steers each year and offer them as halves and wholes, processed locally. The waitlist lets us match families with available steers, keep communication personal, and make sure your beef is cut exactly the way you want it.
