In Texas, raw milk must be pre-ordered and picked up at one of our scheduled locations. Doublin’ Down is artisan crafted and aged in our on-farm creamery. The freshest cream from our pasture-raised cows produces the rich golden center of this unique soft-ripened cheese. With a white bloomy rind, creamy smooth texture and a hint of mushroom finish, Doublin’ Down provides endless pairing possibilities and makes the perfect addition to any charcuterie board. Our cheese's active cultures support gut health by promoting beneficial bacteria, aiding digestion, and enhancing nutrient absorption for overall well-being. Crafted from gently pasteurized whole milk and cream from pasture-raised cows, our cheese is pure and free from any artificial stabilizers or additives. It’s a living, dynamic food — rich in character, evolving in flavor and texture as it naturally ages. 6g Fat • 1g Sugar • 3g Protein Fresh ingredients make better cheese, which is why we make ours with pasteurized organic whole milk, organic cream, cultures, rennet, penicillium candidum, geotrichum candidum, and salt. Armagh [ar-MAH] Creamery is named in honor of the McDowell family’s roots in County Armagh, Northern Ireland. Our dairy heritage spans nearly a century, beginning with our great-great-grandparents, who immigrated to the United States in search of a new life. With just a few Jersey cows and each other, they purchased a farm in Petaluma, California, laying the foundation for generations to come. In 2010, we moved to Dublin, Texas, where we continue the dairy farming tradition while building a legacy of our own.
