Perfect in hot teas, drizzled over a fresh baked biscuit. Also known for helping with seasonal allergies. Wildflower is polyfloral honey which means bees visit several different kinds of plants in their pursuit of nectar. As such, each honey harvest will have variations in taste and color depending on blossoms the bees have visited. We harvest in July-August each year.
