Troque Farms

Since 1994, Troque Farms has been serving the people of Jackson County, Missouri with nutritious foods. We've been supplying the Kansas City area with raw milk since 2003 from our herd of Jersey and Jersey cross cows — many with A2/A2 protein classification. No grain is fed to our dairy herd, just organic fertilized rotational pastures with supplemental free-choice vitamins and trace minerals. No antibiotics, no hormones, no chemicals, no pesticides. We also raise grass-fed, pasture-finished Pinzgauer beef (never sees grain), pastured pork, soy-free pastured chicken and turkey, and grass-fed lamb. Our standards exceed official organic regulations — we just haven't applied for certification. Raw milk available in gallons and half gallons, plus cream and butter. Visit our on-farm store, Rennie's Store, open daily 9am-7pm (call ahead for availability). We also carry Fertrell fertilizers, AZOMITE minerals, and organic soy-free chicken rations.
