We are a small minority- and woman-owned farm focused on pasture raised pork, lamb, and eggs. Our garden also has something new popping up every day! We focus on regenerative agriculture, so our animals are always moving to fresh grass. When we use feed, it\'s always Non-GMO, Non-Soy, and Non-Corn. In other words - we keep this place clean and free of synthetic inputs.
La Vida Buena Acres started in 2020 on 23 acres of Blackland Prairie. In 2025, they relocated to Caneyville, Kentucky. The farm was founded in honor of their special needs son, Chipi, who passed away in 2019, with the vision of creating a farm that would be a respite for him and for all who visit. They hope to pass along the love they poured into Chipi through the time and food they provide to others. They also offer a tiny cabin for farm stays called "The Chipi Casita."
