Walking into our shop is like popping open a can of confetti — it's a little chaotic, a little crowded, but full of charm. We cut steaks to order, stock freezers with all kinds of goodies, offer box options + recipe cards, and support local products whenever we can. We're also working on being more eco-friendly — reusable cooler bags are coming soon! On the processing side, we specialize in whole animal butchery — a lost art we're proud to keep alive. We offer 24/7 drop-off for smaller animals and scheduled appointments for livestock. My dad started this 25 years ago, and I'm incredibly grateful it's grown into something that supports our team and community. Our meat market features steaks cut to order, house-made bratwurst with a new flavor every week, venison jerky, summer sausage, snack sticks, smoked kielbasa, and curated butcher boxes. We also carry local South Carolina products — Palmetto Farms grits, Colonial Milling cornbread mix, and American Patriot coffee from Camden.
My dad started this 25 years ago, and I'm incredibly grateful it’s grown into something that supports our team and community. We've been in the business of processing for over 25 years, building our reputation on doing things the right way.
