Our journey into chestnut farming began in 2019 with a mission to bring the highest-quality chestnuts to the community. Today, our thriving chestnut orchard includes over 2,000 chestnut trees, making us the largest commercial chestnut orchard in Arkansas. We specialize in cultivating hardy, blight-resistant chestnut trees that thrive in the rocky, acidic soil of the Ozarks. Our orchard is built on a foundation of sustainable practices, ensuring every tree we grow promotes healthy soil, biodiversity, and a long-lasting legacy for future generations. We’ve sourced over 30 seed varieties, including the renowned Ozark Chinquapin Chestnut, to maintain superior genetics and help preserve this cherished species. Our vision is to move the chestnut industry from serving the 1% to serving the other 99% — establishing chestnuts as mainstream American food, not just a holiday curiosity. Chestnuts are gluten-free, low in fat, and incredibly versatile — perfect for baking, cooking, milling into flour, and even brewing into beer. Whether you’re a homesteader, a nature lover, or simply curious about chestnut farming in Arkansas, we’re here to provide resources and products that inspire and educate. From fresh chestnuts to chestnut trees, and from planting guides to private farm tours, our goal is to share the benefits and joy of this incredible crop.
