Registered Belted Galloway Cattle Our family farm in south central Missouri specializes in 100% grass-fed & finished "Beltie" beef which is humanely pasture raised on grass and hay with no growth hormones and fresh well water daily.  We also have available for sale our registered Belted Galloway breeding stock.  The exceptional qualities of this breed are known worldwide for their hardiness, active foraging, gentle nature and exceptional beef quality. We are blessed to be working and living our dream.  Farm work is constant and sometimes unforgiving.  However, there is nothing more gratifying than watching a newborn calf  nursing or frolicking in the fields.  When they take their first bite of hay and hesitate, just letting it hang from their mouths ... so sorry each bite in life is not green and savory.  We have learned that the farm sets it's own priorities and has it's own rhythm! OUR FREEZER BEEF IS SOLD BY THE SPLIT-SIDE (QUARTER EQUIVALENT), HALF OR WHOLE BEEF. All of our private label Beltie beef products are shrink wrapped or vacuum packaged by our awarded local processor with USDA inspection.   You will love the taste of our grass-fed and finished "slow grown" quality beef! Absolutely LOVE our grass-fed beef we get from BMP Farm!  Our family has purchased grass-fed beef from other farms in the past, but we won't buy from anyone other than BMP going forward. Absolutely the best!   Georgia I purchased a half beef in 2016 from BMP farm on the recommendation of another Beltie farmer who had stopped raising them.  In 2017, I bought another half beef from BMP farm.  Enough said?  The meat is lean and tender, and buying from a local farm producing grass-fed beef beats meat of questionable origin from the supermarket. Myra and Tony are friendly and responsive. They're happy to tell you about their farm, and what's going on at the farm during the year.   They use Swiss Meat & Sausage Company for butchering and packaging, whose reputation and quality are impeccable.
