All Jersey A2/A2 Milk - All milk is tested for E. Coli, Coliform, and Standard plate count prior to sale. They have a modern facility, with all clean in place stainless steel equipment. Milk never is exposed to the environment, so it is kept safe and clean. They only sell pre-bottled and labeled milk in new plastic gallon jugs. Cream sales may be coming soon. They are joining the Raw Milk Institute (RAWMI) for oversight accountability. On farm store open Monday through Saturday. They sell all grass fed beef from the original native Angus cattle.
