It started out as simply a dream... to produce delicious artisanal* goat cheeses, right here in Texas . In 2005 we were able to purchase 5+ acres and not too many months later we were blessed with...
Latte Da Dairy Goats began in 2005 with the purchase of 5+ acres and the arrival of their first two purebred Nubian does, Rosemary and Serenity. These two goats became the foundation of the herd and the 'gran dams' of Latte Da Dairy. The farm's philosophy from the start was to produce a superior product in a sustainable fashion, focusing on the health and happiness of their goats and using 'near-organic' practices. Although they no longer make cheese commercially, they continue to breed and raise dairy goats, participating in ADGA programs to improve their herd's genetics and performance. They also sell semen from their bucks for breeding purposes. They also have livestock protection dogs to protect their herd. They are located in Flower Mound, TX. They have produced 69 champions as of February 2026. They test their animals for CAE, CL, G6S, and Genetic Resistance to Scrapie disease. They only sell normal animals and carrier does stay at Latte Da. They added additional genetics that carried the "S" alleles in 2023. They have Livestock Protection Dogs (LPDs) to protect their goats. Hanim (Kangal), Stevie (Akbash), Bella (Kangal:Akbash cross), Phaedra (Stevie's mother), Chuck (Great Pyrenees), Ester (Akbash), and Possum (Ester's daughter) are their LPDs. They are proudly powered by Weebly and Copyright 2025. They have a Facebook page to keep up to date with their dairy divas. They can be contacted by mail, message, email, or a form on their website. They are located at 1304 Bridle Bit Rd Flower Mound, TX 75022. Their phone number is 817-832-8686. Their email is [email protected]. They have a Melinda Butler Memorial Dairy Goat Show @ SFOT for $9 per entry. The goat must also be entered in at least one of the SFOT rings, which is to be done through the SFOT website, deadline 9-1-24. They have a featured products page. They have a page for each of their goats. They have 2026 Breeding Plans for Lamancha and Nubian. They sell semen for sale. They have a contact us page. Th
