Sun and Bloom Farms

Anna Maria has been a beekeeper and bee guardian since 2012, teaching over 1,500 students and training over 100 natural beekeepers. Lucian grew up around regenerative farming traditions in Eastern and Central Europe, holding a Master's degree in Sustainable Development and working with over 30 farmers in Missouri to transition to regenerative soil systems. Together, they farm and teach at Sun & Bloom Farms in Lebanon, Missouri, focusing on practical soil regeneration, ecological farming, and resilient food systems, drawing from their diverse backgrounds and deep training in natural beekeeping and soil science. The farm was founded in 2012, the year Anna Maria started beekeeping and bee guardianship. Lucian has been teaching permaculture, regenerative gardening, and soil regeneration intensives for over a decade, and has worked with over 30 farmers across Missouri, helping small and medium-scale family farms transition from conventional practices toward regenerative soil systems. He also teaches horticulture and permaculture at the college level. The farm's mission is to support families seeking abundance on their land, professionals pursuing permaculture design skills, and community leaders building resilience in their region, by aligning how we live, learn, and design with the patterns of nature. They produce nutrient-dense food, steward animals, and cultivate diverse ecosystems, while also teaching and designing systems that empower others to do the same. Their work spans three interconnected paths: Regenerative Farming, Resilient Design & Learning, and Community Building. The farm is located in Lebanon, Missouri. The farm offers a 2026 Full Farm CSA.
