Julie Hammond and her daughter Kimberly started showing dairy goats and making soaps as a 4-H project in 1999. After Julie lost her job in 2009, she went all-in on artisan goat cheese. The operation evolved into a State Certified Dairy and Licensed manufacturing facility producing award-winning cheeses, soaps, and lotions. Their Sun-Dried Tomato Basil feta took 2nd place at the American Dairy Goat Association Cheese Competition in 2014.
