Usually it will take 3-4 weeks from the time you submit a deposit to the time it is ready to go. We will deliver your order straight to your door. Once we have received your deposit we will contact you to finalize order details like feed and cut preference and any other specialty services you might be interested in. We will notify you of harvest and hang time and final payment will be arranged. We age our beef for 14 days as a standard; then we cut, vacuum package and flash-freeze it. A deposit for purchasing beef orders is required at the time of purchase with the remaining balance due before delivery.
