Wender Farms is a Year-Round Microgreens & Mushroom Farm We are a year-round, indoor microgreens farm. We grow a wide variety of greens and serve the Knoxville, TN area. We deliver to restaurants, farmers markets and direct to families. You can purchase microgreens from our website, www.wenderfarms.com. We've started growing Gourmet Mushrooms as well: Lion's Mane, Blue Oyster, Pink Oyster, and more coming soon. Microgreens and Mushrooms are great together. We offer pick-up from our farm, local delivery and a subscription service with local and national delivery. We also offer dehydrated microgreens. Our microgreens are dehydrated using a cold dehydration process making them compatible with raw diet processing. We also offer microgreen salt blends.
