Our owner and the heart and soul of Vintage Meadows since its inception in 2014. Ryan’s responsibilities include “setting vision for Vintage Meadows, managing employees, vendors, and our partner farmers, setting protocol for raising our animals and many other fun and fulfilling things!” Ryan states that the best part of VM for him is “hearing and seeing the joy and gratefulness in the emails and on the faces of our customers as we interact over the food that Vintage Meadows raises and sells.” His favorite VM product is Sweet Cream, and a fun fact about Ryan is that he enjoys reading Greek and Roman history. Married to Ryan for over 25 years, Katrina is part owner and contributes to VM through vision casting and customer communication. Her favorite part of the business is introducing new products! Katrina’s favorite products include Pork Butt Roast, Chorizo sausage, and sweet cream, and a fun fact is that she has green eyes even though her parents both had blue - a less than 1% chance phenomenon! Beginning in 2018, Amber has been VM’s bookkeeper, managing payroll, bill paying, and filing. She loves the great people and positive work environment, and her favorite product is the sourdough bread. A fun fact about Amber is that she loves music and she used to be Destiny’s piano teacher! Bailey joined Vintage Meadows in August 2023. He works closely with Beth and the packing crew, filling in for deliveries when needed. His favorite part of VM are “the people, both customers and coworkers. Everyone is wonderful.” Bailey’s favorite product is Raw Honey, and a fun fact is that he has surfed in the Indian Ocean. John and his wife Aimee joined Vintage Meadows in March 2018 from their home in Mokena, IL. In 2022, the Willis fam decided to move to Indiana and come on board full-time. John does “whatever the farm needs,” which includes coordinating pickup locations, chores, deliveries, product pickup, and more, depending on the week. His favorite part of working at VM is “being outside, working with animals, and working with tractors.” John recommends our Primal Sausage, and his fun fact is that he is a Child of God. Aimee is a jack of all trades around Vintage Meadows, dabbling in social marketing and branding and product development, among other things. Her favorite parts of VM are new product sampling and connecting with our Chicagoland customers. Aimee says, “We know how challenging it is to find all the farm fresh foods in Illinois - so being able to make this beautiful connection to Vintage Meadows for our friends, family, and customers, really blesses me.” Her most recent favorite product is the kefir, and a fun fact about Aimee is that she is a licensed hairstylist! Destiny began working part time at Vintage Meadows in June 2024, although she has a long history with the farm. She handles much of the customer communications and runs the VM social media. She loves Farmer’s Favorite sausage, and a fun fact about Destiny is that she played rugby for one semester in college. Carly has worked for Vintage Meadows since June 2022. She does a little bit of everything around the farm, like delivery cleanup, feeding the pigs, and organizing egg boxes. Her favorite part of working at VM is Saturday morning order pickup at the farm, and her favorite product is Chorizo! A fun fact about Carly is that she is currently pursuing a career in photography. Beth is our packing room manager, which means she manages the order-packing crew, places orders with vendors, and keeps all non-meat items in stock. When she started in 2018, she was the only employee! Her favorite part of VM is, “The people
