Three Graces Dairy produces French-style cheeses from the exquisite milks of their goats, sheep, and cows. They are a farmstead operation, meaning all aspects of cheese production, from raising the animals to making the cheese, occur on their farm.
Three Graces Dairy is the dream of Roberta Ferguson and her children Sacha and Bill. Roberta's love of animals and pastoral settings, combined with her discovery of the cheese course in Burgundy, France, led her to establish the dairy. The farm is an historic Ferguson Farm located in the Shelton Laurel area of Western North Carolina, home to Madison County's state-of-the-art dairy operation. The name 'Three Graces' refers to Greek mythology, with the farm striving to embody the ideals of beauty, mirth, and hospitality through their animals, employees, and products, specifically their goat, sheep, and cow milk cheeses.
