Scottish Highland Heritage Beef 100% GRASS FINISHED and dry aged for 14 days. Our beef is slow-maturing making it a premium beef that is lean but well marbled with low fat and cholesterol levels while remaining rich in protein. Our heritage pork is fed only locally grown NON GMO grain and they are never treated with antibiotics or hormones. Gloucestershire Old Spots have some of the best tasting pork in the world! Our pasture raised chicken is fed an all natural diet of worms, bugs, grass, plus a NON GMO locally grown and milled feed!  Oh, and don't forget - lots of room to act as a chickens should.  You will taste the difference!
