Our Story

Spring Creek Farm is a 150-acre family farm nestled in beautiful Elk Valley, Tennessee since 1972. Adam and Shelby Cottrill are dedicated to bringing their family and customers the best products possible, raising grass-fed beef and lamb for nearly 25 years, and maintaining huge family gardens for much longer. They are stewards of the land, striving to maintain healthy soil and raise food to higher standards for their children and customers alike.
