62-acre family farm at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains, run by Melanie and Scott Hall. They handcraft farmstead artisan cheeses — clothbound cheddar, Havarti-style, Alpine-style, and Gouda-style — from their own 100% grass-fed Normande cow raw milk using traditional techniques. Also raise Katahdin sheep for lamb, Cashmere goats, and poultry. Herdshare members receive raw milk, cultured butter, and yogurt seasonally; aged cheeses available year-round in their online shop.
