Patient Wait is a long-time dream of a Jersey Girl exiled in South Carolina. Along with her understanding husband/farm hand; they are building a Regenerative Farm and producing products that are good for you, and good for the environment. Patient Wait is proud to be celebrating 13 years certified by Animal Welfare Approved -- regarded as the most trusted food label in North America. We appreciate all our fans...but we remain fiercely local when it comes to our products. Holiday turkeys available for on-farm pick up as well as our pasture-raised livestock. We do not have an "on-line farm store". Instead we prefer our customers getting to know us and old-fashioned human contact. Imagine that?!
