Milky Way Farm is in the beautiful rolling hills of western South Carolina near Lake Hartwell. We are a family-owned dairy and creamery dedicated to providing the highest quality, fresh, natural milk to customers in our region. We milk registered all A2 Jersey cows, which are well known for the high overall quality of their milk. It is not necessary to set up an account or use existing account details when placing your order. Search out drop off location below, select the product you need, drop itin the cart and checkout! We sell our milk directly to our customers at various locations along the I-85 corridor in South Carolina and one location off I-77 in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Orders open on Tuesdays and close on Mondays at 12 p.m. This allows six days for you to place orders. Delivery takes place two or three days (Wednesday or Thursday) after orders close. There is a two week delivery schedule. Week 1 has deliveries to Greenville, Spartanburg, Gaffney and Fort Mill. Week 2 is a delivery to Fort Mill only. When ordering, please ensure you are ordering for the correct location and the correct week. Milky Way Farm Grade A milk only comes from all A2-tested, humanely raised, grass-fed Jersey cows on pasture. Because our milk is all A2, it is easier to digest, particularly for those who believe that they may be lactose-intolerant, and retains all the milk’s natural nutrients, fat, vitamins, proteins and purity. Learn more about the A2 difference > This original is as natural as milk comes and is the foundation of all our products. Our Raw milk is simply filtered, cooled, and bottled. Our All A2 Jersey cow milk is creamy, rich in flavor, and packed with nutrients. Our cream will always rise to the top, so be sure to shake our milk prior to pouring a glass. Old fashion raw whole cultured buttermilk! It’s simple, but today it’s rare. Culinary artist love to use whole buttermilk to batter chicken, make pot pie, pancakes, cornbread or bake mouthwatering biscuits. The secret is the rich full tangy flavor. Don’t take our word for it. Use it to make a cake of cornbread and then pour some buttermilk over a hot slice. Better yet- make a pan of biscuits and pour some honey over a hot one! Cream is a highly valuable and sought after component in milk. In fact, aside from raw milk it is likely the most asked about product. Our raw cream is bottled using surplus milk; therefore, availability will be variable. Using our All A2 All Jersey Raw Milk, we take the cream skimmed from our surplus milk and bottle it up for your next cup of coffee or your favorite dessert recipe! It is heavier than half and half, but not as thick as heavy whipping cream.**Availability May Be Limited Our All A2 Whole Milk is low-temperature vat pasteurized in small batches to ensure most nutrients are undisturbed, which is crucial for proper digestion and good health. It is also never homogenized so the cream always rises to the top, which means you should always shake our milk prior to pouring a glass. Our rich cream-line chocolate milk is sure to satisfy both your taste buds and your hunger craving. Sip it in the evening like a fine wine or indulge as a well-earned treat. Our All A2 Chocolate Milk is low-temperature vat pasteurized in small batches to ensure consistency.
