That "something" is pure, unadulterated beef harvested from a variety of cattle who are allowed to live as they were meant to: freely choosing between our organic pastures, environmentally sustainable ration, or both. An American classic. The everyman of our roster, Angus possesses a prime blend of marbling, flavor, and tenderness. A breed of burgeoning popularity. Known for the unique combination of lean yet tender beef. Our most requested breed. A composite breed combining Angus, Belgian Blue, and Wagyu genetics in pursuit of the true Master Blend. Originating from Japan. High marbling, high tenderness. One cannot ask much more of beef. Originating from the Malaysian archipelago, the Indian Bison is a formidable mountain of muscle. Genetic testing indicates a high yield of lean beef. Seethe difference through our vacuum-packing. Rich burgundy and ivory marbling indicate the positive effect of cattle being allowed to freely choose between grass and ration. To ensure maximum tenderness and flavor, all of our beef is dry-aged for 7+ days before cutting. Not only is our beef cut, packaged, and frozen at a USDA-inspected facility.
