No fancy websites. No hounding special offers or discounts constantly spamming your inbox. Just good, simple, affordable prices every step of the way, and every day. The quality is excellent. The service is dedicated and professional. Personalized attention to each transfer process from the beginning. Welcome. You're here. Now, let's take the next step together. Over 45 years of archival work. Former VP of The National Television Archives based out of New York. We offer the following transfer services at old-school prices. No 'per foot' or 'per minute' pricing. Same great quality, same great machinery. Our story: We are four retired film and video transfer technicians in the industry for over 45 years. Our retirement didn't separate us. We travelled the road for too long to take separate paths in life. After retiring and each of us travelling and enjoying life, one of our colleagues made the suggestion of rekindling and returning to what we love to do. It was kind of like 'getting the band back together'. None of us gave it a hesitation, and here we are; John, Christian, Jordan and Eli. We decided to keep our original pricing exactly as we had it some 30 years ago. We don't believe in charging per foot or per minute. The pricing is flat, and you'll love what you get. Tens of thousands of films are still sitting in cans, while an equal amount of video tape (VHS, BETA, 1", 2" and more) do the same. Before decay, mold or vinegar syndrome take their tolls, it's critical to salvage this recorded history. Films and videos are cleaned to remove mold free of charge. Motion picture film and home movie tapes contain priceless memories. Whether you're an archive, private collector, television station, storage facility, or a university ... Turn this collection of 16mm films on the left, into this collection of flawless DVD's pictured below. 16mm is used in the description as the most common transfer format requested by our clients. However, we also provide full transfer services for 35mm, Super 8 and 8mm film sound or silent. Services today charge anywhere between .30 cents to .60 cents (and more) per foot to transfer 16mm film. At the lowest price of .30 cents per foot, you would pay $324 for one half-hour show (which is 1080 feet on a 1200 foot reel). There's no point to even bother configuring the pricing for those who charge .50-.60 cents per foot. Here is our equally professional service, but old-school pricing.16mm transfers: 30 minute reel is $75. $60 per reel if you have 7 or more. No limit.16mm transfers: 1 hour reel is $125.00, or $85 per reel if you have 7 or more. No limit.35mm transfers are priced the same as above for the 16mm transfers. No extra charge. Separate sound and picture reels are no extra charge. That's a big WOW factor.1" video to disc (or any other format) is $50 minimum up to 30 minutes. $35 each for 7 or more.1" video to disc (or any other format) is $65 for up to 1 hour (any amount beyond 30 minutes). $50 each for 7 or more.1" video to disc (or any other format) is $75 beyond 1 hour, up to 2 hours. $60 each for 7 or more.2" quad video tape is $250 for up to 1 hour. Due to the complexity of the 2" quad system, $250 is the minimum for any 2" transfer up to 1 hour. Longer shows and quantity of order may be eligible for discounted pricing. Super 8 and 8mm transfers at $10 per 50 foot reel, or $25 for a 400 foot reel. Transfers from the following tape formats are $10 for one hour / $15 for 2 hours with quantity discounts available.3/4" Umatic. VHS / Beta Beta CAMBeta CAM SPFlash Drives And just about all the rest. View our samples (soon to be published on this site) to see some 2" quad transfers we did for the Museum of Broadcasting (now the Paley Center for Media) back in 1999. You can also view some sample 16mm and 35mm film transfers of television programs and 8mm/Super 8mm home movies. All films are machine cleaned (not the old forefinger and thumb with a cloth method).
