Haywood's Historic Farmers Market

Haywood's Historic Farmers market operates mid-April until the end of October, Wednesdays, from 3:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m., and Saturdays, from 8 a.m. until 12 Noon. This producer-only market , one of the largest in Western North Carolina, features the highest quality local produce, meats, eggs, cheeses, local trout, honey, herbs and flowers, and plants. Value-added products including baked goods, preserves & jams, and fresh pastas complement the offerings. NC seafood delivered from the coast is the freshest found anywhere! Juried crafters represent the best of the region's heritage crafts including pottery, animal fibers and weavings, furniture and other wood products, soap and candles. Local musicians. Regularly scheduled special events feature seasonal crops with complimentary refreshments. Many vendors participate in the yearly farm tour and feature heritage breeds.
