They also operate The Inn at East Lynn and host weddings and events on the farm. The farm raises Black Angus cattle, donkeys, and sheep, all completely pasture-raised on their verdant fields. They aim to raise happier, healthier animals, which yields higher quality meat with more flavor, lower fat content, and greater nutritional value. They raise animals humanely with minimal human intervention, abundant pasture for grazing, and eschew farming practices that cause harm to animals, refraining from antibiotics or supplemental feed unless medically necessary. They also allow calves to wean naturally, avoiding the stresses of forced weaning. All livestock is butchered off-site, and meat can be butchered into preferred cuts and is parceled in serving-size portions in high-grade, freezer-safe packaging. They provide beef and lamb for holiday festivities, including Christmas, Easter, Greek Easter, Ramadan, Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, and Ethopian New Year. Customers are responsible for butchering, processing, and hauling fees. They also offer a Beef Box special in the spring for kosher, local, and ethical meat for Passover or Easter. They also offer pick-your-owns for farm produce. The farm has been featured in Wedding Rule’s 2023 Top Loudoun Wedding Venues, Brides & Weddings of Northern Virginia for their Farm to Table Wedding Feast, and Whisk and
