We work with our surrounding environment by encouraging native pollinators, beneficial predator bugs, and mechanical controls such as hand picking pests or running our poultry through. We are confident that once you taste our produce, you will agree its the best around! Our poultry is all pasture raised so they get to enjoy the sunshine and rain. They spend their days roaming our pastures in search of grasses, seeds, and bugs. In addition, they get a Non GMO and NON Soy feed and we give them some sprouted sunflower seeds. Every year we raise a small flock of turkeys to sell in the fall. They generally have the run of the farm from mid summer until November. Jams, Jellies, Salsas, & Pickles We hand make all of our jams, jellies, salsas, and pickled vegetables from our produce. This allows us to have significantly less waste than if we composted or fed it to the animals. All of our recipes are tested and proven safe.
