Petalland Flower and Herb Farm is owned by Karen and Bob Yasui, farming on land that has been in the family for over 150 years. Designated as a century farm. We grow a huge variety of flowers and herbs using only organic, sustainable, regenerative methods. This is a sanctuary for pollinators, wildlife and threatened medicinal herbs. We have been actively planting this farm for over 30 years, so we have a lot of established perennials and shrubs in addition to our annual gardens. Not certified organic, but our land is clean. We have never used pesticides and we have had our soil tested for pesticides that could have been used more than 40 years ago, just to make sure it is clean. Petalland is located in the Raus community of Bedford county, Tennessee, 15 minutes from Tullahoma or Lynchburg, about 56 miles from Huntsville, AL and 70 miles from Nashville. Visits by appointment only. We sell to everyone, retail and wholesale. Discounts are available to other florists and designers who order regularly. We are also happy to design, anything from a small bouquet to a wedding, but at least 85% of the cost will be the flowers themselves. Orders may be picked up at the farm for free or delivered for a small charge. Delivery charges waived for large orders. Herbs are sold as simple dried herbs or preserved with organic cane alcohol. We do not give advice on taking herbs, except to be careful and do your research or work with a clinical herbalist. Our specialty is growing and preserving these wonderful plants. Some of our herbs are wildcrafted on our own land in a sustainable manner.
