Chisholm Trail Milling offers stone-milled wheat and rye flour, preserving all parts of the berries for a healthy, digestible, and delicious product. They are loyal to the soil and committed to creating wholesome products, believing that flavor begins in the earth.
Our Story
Chisholm Trail Milling has deep roots in Oklahoma's soil and agricultural traditions, based in the 'Wheat Capitol of the World.' They work directly with Oklahoma State University, the Oklahoma Wheat Commission, and the Oklahoma Wheat Grower's Association to develop public wheat varieties. Co-founder Graison Gill also founded Bellegarde Bakery, and co-founder Brady Sidwell comes from a multi-generational agricultural family, leading several agribusinesses including Enterprise Grain, which supplies Chisholm Trail Milling.
