We opened on the 4th of July in 2003. Our goal is to bring you organic, natural, healthful products. We are all about taste and nutrition. Our menu is fashioned around fruits, vegetables and organic grains – simple but powerful foods that will have you leaping tall buildings in a single bound. (Yeah, you get the idea.) We eliminated trans fats and high fructose corn syrup from our cafe and grocery several years ago, and we can prepare certified gluten-free and vegan entrees as requested. Cranberry’s also has been named Favorite Health Food Store in the Valley by The News Virginian, been nominated twice for Best Vegetarian Restaurant, and received vegan verification from Veggin` Out & About. We have been honored with the Thumbs Up award from the Staunton Downtown Development Association, the Virginia Best Breakfast award and certificates of excellence from TripAdvisor, Yelp.com and the Latino group at Mary Baldwin College. All of us who work here believe the store truly belongs to its customers. So before you go, be sure to tell us what you like to eat and buy and what you’d like to see you get that we don’t have.
