About Rocky Road Dairy
100% Organic grass-fed Brown Swiss dairy. A2 protein. Offering raw milk sales as well as yogurt, kefir, pasteurized milk, seasonal dips, and cheeses.
Our Story
Tony and Marsha Snow started Rocky Road Dairy in 1976 as a conventional Holstein Dairy. In 1984, they introduced Brown Swiss cows and by 2004, switched to a grass-based dairy, becoming 100% grass-fed in May 2019. After losing their milk route in 2021, they decided to direct market their milk to consumers from their 25-acre farm in Mulberry Grove, IL.
