We are a 100% producer specialty mushroom farm located in Catawba County, NC. Our farm produces a wide variety of gourmet and medicinal mushrooms every week year round. Our staple varieties include Italian Oyster, Chestnut, Blue Oyster, Lion's Mane, Pioppino, Black Pearl, King Trumpet, Enoki, Pink Oyster, Golden Oyster, Elm Oyster and Reishi.
