Our A2/A2 Jerseys produce a delicious, creamy milk. Their diet is 90 percent grass fed and they get a little grain in the barn at milking time. Our cow’s milk produces a beautiful cream line. We collect and sell the cream in pint and quart size bottles. Our customers enjoy using it in their coffee, making butter, and homemade ice cream. Our chocolate milk is made with our family recipe that is sure to be a staple item in your fridge! One of our BEST selling items and a customer favorite, available in pint size and half gallon. Southspoon Farms is a family owned and operated business located in Yantis, TX. Known for milking cows for over 3 decades,Southspoon Farms is also home to one of the largest goat dairies in the region, housing 60-80 milking does and over 150 goats total on the farm. We sell raw milk and other dairy products on our farm along with fresh eggs, beef, pork, and soap made with our goat’s milk.
