Two Saturdays a month, we host Pop-Up Shops at our bakery! These pop-ups are our favorite way to connect with you and give you a chance to stock up on your favorite sourdough classics—plus try exclusive sweet and savory treats you’ll only find on our Saturday menus. Each week we host a Pop-Up, you’ll find the pre-order menu posted Here. Orders are open until Friday evening, with pick-up on Saturday from 10am–1pm. We’re proud to support local food businesses with top-quality breads and fresh-milled grains. We’re are an independent wholesale bakery providing bread and fresh milled flour to Acadiana from our bakery & mill in the Fightingville neighborhood of Lafayette, Louisiana. Along with deliveries to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and markets we will also offer classes on sourdough baking, handmade pasta, pizza dough, and much more. We are committed to stone milling fresh whole wheat flour for our baked goods and love talking about why.
